Common questions about using Kredit.
- Who gives the goods on credit?
- The seller does. Kredit does not lend money. We only help both sides keep the sale and the payment clear.
- Is Kredit a loan app?
- No. The seller gives the goods and chooses who gets them. Kredit only keeps the amount, the payment day and every payment.
- What if my customer does not pay?
- Kredit sends reminders first. After the extra days you agreed, Kredit can ask their bank for the money, only with valid permission and after the agreed payment and dispute checks. A dispute report holds the disputed amount. Separate account or collection restrictions may stop further debits. A debit can fail; repayment is not guaranteed.
- What if money enters and then goes back?
- We show clearly that the money was reversed, and we add that amount back to what the customer still owes.
- Does Kredit show a credit score?
- No. Kredit only shows what actually happened in your own sales. There is no secret number deciding anything.
- Must my customer install an app?
- No. They open a private link on their phone. Reminders and receipts can come by email, SMS or WhatsApp when that message option is available.
- How much does it cost?
- Writing a sale down is free. The seller owes the agreed base fee when the accepted sale becomes active after the required goods steps. If Kredit later collects money from their bank, a collection fee applies on the money actually collected. There is no monthly fee. A sale keeps the rates it was agreed on, even if rates change later.
- Can other sellers see my business?
- Other sellers cannot open your private sales or bank records. Your staff see what their roles permit, and your customer sees their own sales. Limited trade-history information may be shared only under the applicable customer consent and access controls. Kredit staff may open a record to help you or check a problem. A receipt that gets shared hides names and bank details. The privacy notice explains everything.
