For customers

No seller can surprise you.

Open the sale you agreed to. See what is still left, and everything you have already paid.

Nothing hidden

Nobody is rushing you.

  1. 01Read the sale
  2. 02Say yes to the terms
  3. 03Authorise bank permission separately
  4. 04Receive the goods
  5. 05Confirm they arrived, or report a problem

You stay in control

You see everything before you agree to anything.

01

You read everything first

The seller, the goods, the money and the payment day are all in front of you before you say yes to anything.

02

You control the bank debit

Review the bank permission, amount limits and duration before authorising it. You can request cancellation; a debit already sent to the bank may still complete.

03

You say what actually arrived

Tell us when the goods reach you, or report a problem while everybody still remembers what happened.

04

A problem goes on record

Say which goods or how much money is affected, and add a photo or a paper if you have one.

05

Every payment you made is there

Transfers, cash and bank debits all sit in one history you can open any time.

06

Nobody is scoring you

Your account only shows what actually happened in your own sales. It is not a public credit rating.

Private by design

Your money details stay private.

If somebody forwards one of your receipts, it does not carry your name or your bank details.

You, the seller staff who are allowed, and the Kredit staff helping you can only open what that particular sale, payment or support case needs. The privacy notice spells it out.

DID A SELLER SEND YOU A LINK?

Open the private link they sent you.

The link stops working after a while. That is for your own safety. If it will not open, just ask the seller to send you a fresh one. And never give your sign-in code to anybody.
