Extra checks for sensitive actions
Sign-in codes help protect your account. Sensitive actions require additional checks. Keep your codes private, including when speaking to support.
Your account and records
Kredit uses sign-in checks, staff permissions and transaction records to help protect your account. Report anything unexpected so it can be investigated.
How we keep it safe
Sign-in codes help protect your account. Sensitive actions require additional checks. Keep your codes private, including when speaking to support.
Amounts are recorded in kobo. Payment references and balance checks help prevent duplicate recognition and collection.
Staff access follows assigned roles. Private document links expire.
Important account and financial actions have a history, so a change can be investigated without guessing what happened.
Bank collection requires customer authorisation and an eligible payment. A reported payment or dispute is handled according to its recorded status; a debit already submitted may still finish.
Use Help and complaints to report an account, sale or payment problem. Include the Kredit reference and what happened, but never send a password, one-time code or bank PIN.
A receipt you forward carries no full names, no bank details and no private notes. But a private invitation or document link is a different thing. Send those to one person only, the person they were meant for.
If a bank debit is slow, we do not just try again and hope. We go back and ask the bank what happened to the first one.
Tell us about a problem
Tell us what happened. But never send your password, your one-time code, your recovery code or your bank details. Not to us, and not to anybody who says they are us.
