Good to know

What happens if a customer pays late?

Bank debit needs valid permission, the agreed collection time and the applicable payment and dispute checks. A debit can still fail.

A dispute holds the disputed amount from new automatic debits while it is reviewed. Separate account or safety restrictions may pause other collections. A debit already submitted to a bank may still complete.

Does Kredit lend money?

You provide the goods. Kredit does not lend money or guarantee repayment.

When does a sale become active?

Acceptance alone does not activate repayment. The agreement, required bank permission and goods-delivery conditions must all be met.

Does my customer need to install an app?

No. They can open a private link in their browser and review the sale there.
